Twitter is one of the most popular social networking and micro-blogging platforms. It allows users to communicate with friends, colleagues and others by posting short updates and answering the simple question “what are you doing?”, in 140 characters, or less.

So, it seems that Twitter is gaining more and more popularity by web designers an developers around the world.
